Attack of the Uruk-hai
Frodo leaves the fellowship
- Frodo:
- runs away, with the ring on, hides atop a stone platform in the woods, looks east and sees Barad-dûr, and the eye. He falls off the platform and takes off the ring.
- Aragorn:
- (arrives)Frodo?
- Frodo:
- It has taken Boromir.
- Aragorn:
- Where is the ring?
- Frodo:
- (backs away) Stay away!
- Aragorn:
- Frodo? I swore to protect you.
- Frodo:
- Can you protect me from yourself? Would you destroy it?
- Aragorn:
- I would have gone with you to the end, into the very fires of Mordor.
- Frodo:
- I know. Take care of the others. Especially Sam, he will not understand.
- Aragorn:
- Go, Frodo!
- --Sting is glowing.--
- Aragorn:
- Run! Run!
- Lurtz:
- Find the Halflings! Find the Halflings!
- --Aragorn fights a lot of Orcs.Legolas and Gimli join him. When one Orc gets too close to shoot, Legolas stabs him in the eye with the arrow he is holding, then puts it in his bow to kill the next one, too. Frodo runs away, sees Merry and Pippin hiding. --
- Pippin:
- Here, Frodo, hide here!
- Merry:
- Come!
- Frodo:
- shakes his head
- Pippin:
- What's he doing?
- Merry:
- He's leaving.
- Pippin:
- No! Frodo! (bolts from his hiding place, only to realize that he has been seen by Orcs)
- Merry:
- Run, Frodo. Go.
Hey, you, over here, this way!
- --Merry and Pippin run, leading a pack of Orcs. Frodo runs the other way.--
- Pippin:
- It's working!
- Merry:
- I know it's working, run!
- Boromir:
- kills a bunch of Orcs defending Merry and Merry
